    A governance model similar to that of a listed company

    We are a company that remains loyal to its origins and manages the business for the long term. Our governance model is similar to that of a listed company and we are managed by a Board of Directors. In addition, as a family owned company, there is a Family Board that organises the relationship between Sener and the shareholders. These are two independent bodies that ensure good corporate governance.
