Sustainability, Efficiency, and Competitiveness

Partnering with Industry for a Competitive Energy Transition

We collaborate with the manufacturing industry to drive its roadmap towards more sustainable and competitive models.
Supported by trusted partners, based on a multidisciplinary team and under the principle of technological agnosticism, we offer innovative and comprehensive solutions We adapt to the specific challenges of each industry, ensuring optimal and sustainable results

Solutions for the energy transition of industry
We are committed to addressing the challenges of energy transition and decarbonization.

To this end, we provide the Industry with our own process based on four strategic phases: monitoring, optimization, transformation, and management.

Your technology partners in key areas

We operate as strategic technology partners, providing technical consulting, engineering, project implementation, and digital solutions in key areas including:

Renewable generation for self-consumption and energy storage
  • Photovoltaic
  • Solar thermal
  • Wind
  • Batteries
  • Solid-state and molten-salt storage
Electrical and thermal energy efficiency
  • Combined heat and power (CHP)
  • Thermal uses
  • Oxy-fuel combustion
  • More efficient engines
Fossil fuel displacement via electrification
  • Electric boiler
  • Heat pump
  • Electric resistances
  • Electric furnace
Alternative fuels
  • Biomass
  • Renewable gases (green hydrogen, Biogas/biomethane, syngas)
Capture, use and storage of CO2
  • Oxy-fuel combustion
  • Post-combustion
  • Permanent storage
  • E-fuels
Smart energy monitoring and management
  • Energy Management System (EMS)
  • Air-conditioning and ventilation
  • Integration with Plant Planning and Operation

Energy Management System (EMS)

  • Energy monitoring, control and management platform.
  • Integration of electrical and thermal consumption data with production data, reporting that complies with regulatory requirements and planning/estimation of planned energy consumption.
  • If renewable generation, storage solutions and/or flexible demand are available, it allows predictive and automatic control of all energy assets incorporated into the installation and determines in real time how to operate the different systems to maximise and optimise energy consumption or reduce the carbon footprint.

Sizing of Energy Assets

  • Optimisation of the sizing of energy assets through the automated simulation of multiple scenarios.
  • The tool allows us to size solutions for generation, transformation and storage, in the case of multi-vector demands (electrical, thermal, different levels and temperatures, etc.) and with multi-objective solutions (OPEX reduction, reducing carbon footprint, maximisation of self-sufficiency, among others).

Concept Engineering Sustainability (CES)

  • Identification of energy efficiency improvement and decarbonisation projects that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
  • Own work methodology.
  • For the different studies indicated, a preliminary sizing of the required facilities is carried out and a budget is prepared.
